The waiting list is closed.
To be eligible there must be a household member that is:
- Permanently disabled and between the ages of 18 and 62 years of age
- Be a resident of Union County or work in Union County
- Have a total household income that does not exceed the below limits

Applicants on the waiting list MUST keep their contact information current. Failure to inform the program of an address change will result in the applicant's removal from the waiting list.

Applicant Portal & Waiting List Status
Applicants on the current waiting list may check their position on the list by entering thier Social Security number in the link below. Development Directions LLC will not give this informaiton over the telephone. If the client does not have access to a computer or smart phone to check their status, they may request it in writing. It is important to note that an applicant's position on the waiting list can change as the list has preferences.
